As a small business that prints by hand, ink coverage and spacing may vary. Please note that due to the hand made nature of the products, there may be a variation in colour and material consistency. 

1:ORDERS

Have you received my order?

If you have received an automated message, this should be the case, as I will receive a notification of your order. If you are worried though, please don't hesitate to drop me a message, and I will get back to you a.s.a.p..

 

How long will my order take to be dispatched?
​Each product is hand printed to order, as That's a Wrap isn't a mass production line company and is a small business. During busier periods I may batch produce some products that are in higher demand, and in normal circumstances your chosen product or products will take up to 3 days to be dispatched. The only thing that may effect dispatch time are company holidays, but I shall always state this on the website, detailing the temporary closure dates.

2:SHIPPING

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping within the UK and the British Isles will be calculated based on the total weight of the order for standard delivery, starting from £3.50, and next day delivery will start at £6. For international delivery price is calculated at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

To send products I use the courier service Yodel, 2-3 day arrival time. If a more urgent delivery is required I use DHL or Parcelforce next day delivery. At present the current Covid-19 pandemic is having an effect on delivery times, so there may be a slight delay in receiving your parcel.

Can I collect?

Yes, if you are local to Rugby or passing by you can collect, which is free! Please message me for the business address.

How are your products packed for sending?

I pack wrapping paper, rolled to avoid fold lines, tied with naturally dyed hemp string in triangular cardboard tubes with brown paper tape - this is fully recyclable and reusable. Other smaller products are sent in recyclable and reusable packaging.

3:RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged or ripped in transit, in this case a refund will be offered. Products are made to order and therefore returns and refunds cannot be accepted on the basis of the consumer changing their mind.

4:Products

Are your products vegan?

Yes, the materials used are vegan, the ink is vegan and so are it's ingredients. The products are vegan and are not tested on animals or sourced from companies that test on animals.

Why are some of the lighter colours not recommended for printing onto darker colour papers? 

Some of the lighter inks do not show up at all on the darker colour papers, and some inks will not show up if printed on the same or similar colour.
